This membership is great for quickly growing businesses that want more comprehensive HR support but aren’t quite ready to invest in a full-time internal HR department. Here’s what you’ll get:
All the compliance support of the Essential Compliance Membership, such as quarterly reviews and training
Customization of any policies and handbooks at any time
Access to our national HR team through the HR-OnDemand portal, where you can get personalized support, utilize a ticketing system, and request documents back within 3 business days.

HR Complete Membership
In addition to the features of Essential Compliance and HR Plus, this membership is truly a partnership with BuildHR founder Kelly Loudermilk. She acts as a full-service HR representative to your employees, fielding questions, addressing employee/manager conflicts, and more.
What’s the investment?
This membership is a retainer structure. You may purchase a certain number of hours per month (minimum of 8) or per year of Kelly’s support. The price varies based on factors such as company size, structure, etc.
